I called around 3:00 and they said the eclairs were ready to pick up. I got there at 4:00, and they had lost my order! They acted completely clueless. They basically told me I could take the scraps of whatever they had left over from the day. I understand mistakes happen, but this was handled extremely poorly. They didn't offer a discount or anything. I will never go there again. What a complete waist of my time.June 08, 2016
