  I went to this Siam Noodle Bar for lunch today. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu options as well as the authentic flavor of the Pho. The spice level seemed to be realistic as medium heat resembled a medium spicy level rather than melt your spoon spicy. The staff was welcoming and courteous. I would recommend a trip to IHC just for the Pho from this little noodle shop.

  Create your own noodle soup. They have a laundry list of noodles, meats, and veggies to create your own soup and when you are done it is a delight to eat.
  
  The soup is light with a lot of flavor and the veggies are crispy. This soup was perfect on a cold dreary day.
